Cal Poly students are responsible for learning and upholding the Standards for Student Conduct.

Administration of the Student Disciplinary System

The Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities administers the campus student disciplinary system under authority delegated by the University President. Cases involving alleged violations of University policies or campus rules by students should be referred to this office, which maintains centralized, confidential, disciplinary records and has responsibility for ensuring fair and impartial administration of discipline.
