Cal Poly students are responsible for learning and upholding the Standards for Student Conduct.

Examples of Misconduct

	Alcohol use, possession or distribution on campus
	Illegal use, possession, and/or sale of controlled substances, drugs
	Threats of violence
	Physical assault including rape or other sexual assault
	Possession/use of weapons
	Forgery/misuse of I. D. or records; providing false information to the University
	Theft; possession of stolen property
	Misuse of or unauthorized entry to University property
	Vandalism
	Violation of Cal Poly Computer Use policies regarding computing facilities, resources, or e-mail
	Academic dishonesty including plagiarism and cheating
	Obstruction or disruption of teaching, research, administration, or other University activities
	Hazing
