Cal Poly students are responsible for learning and upholding the Standards for Student Conduct.

Administration of the Student CONDUCT PROCEDURES

The Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities administers the CSU Standards for Student Conduct at Cal Poly in accordance with Executive Order 1043. Cases involving alleged violations of University policies or campus rules by students should be referred to this office, which is responsible for ensuring the fair, confidential administration of the Student Conduct Procedures.
